These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AgentPuppet, a browser automation API service operated at agentpuppet.com ("Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Account Registration

To use AgentPuppet, you must create an account with a valid email address and password, or sign in with Google. By creating an account, you agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

2. Use of the Service

AgentPuppet provides a cloud-based browser automation API that allows you to programmatically control web browsers. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to use the Service to access websites in violation of their terms of service, to engage in unauthorized data collection, or to interfere with the operation of third-party systems.

3. API Usage and Credits

Access to the Service is provided on a credit-based system. Each browser action consumes credits based on its complexity and duration. Your plan determines your monthly credit allowance and concurrent session limits. We monitor API usage and task metadata to improve our service and for billing purposes.

4. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly according to the pricing displayed on our website. Payment information is securely handled by our third-party payment processor and is not stored on our servers. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

5. Data and Privacy

We collect your email address for account management and service-related communications. We do not sell your personal information or use it for unrelated marketing. For Google sign-in, we receive basic profile information (name, email, and avatar) as provided by Google. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the AgentPuppet browser fleet but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications to the Service at any time. Enterprise customers may have custom SLAs as defined in their contract.

7. Limitation of Liability

AgentPuppet is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of AgentPuppet after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
